Pivitt / Employer branding

Employer branding that helps you hire the people your growth depends on.

When a business grows faster than its reputation as an employer, the best candidates choose someone else. Pivitt is a London brand consultancy and employer branding agency. We build your employer brand from the same position as your customer brand, then produce the careers site, recruitment campaigns and onboarding materials that carry it to the people you want to hire.

What it changesWhat an employer brand changes
BeforeAfter

Job adverts written from scratch by whoever is hiring.

One employer story and a set of templates every hiring manager uses.

A careers page that lists vacancies and little else.

A careers site that shows the work, the people and why someone would stay.

The customer brand and the employer brand say different things.

One brand, with an employer story built from the same position.

New joiners pick up the brand by guesswork.

Onboarding materials that teach the brand from the first day.

Common questions

Employer branding, answered

What does an employer branding agency do?

It defines why the right people would join a business and stay, then builds the materials that carry that to candidates and staff: the employer value proposition, the careers site, recruitment campaigns, job advert templates and onboarding. Pivitt builds the employer brand from the same position as the customer brand, so the two tell one story.

What is an employer value proposition?

The written case for working at a business: what people do there, what they get, how they grow and why they stay. It gives every hiring manager, advert and careers page the same story to tell.

How does the employer brand relate to the main brand?

It is the same brand, told to a different audience. The position, identity and tone stay the same, and the employer story picks out what matters to candidates and new joiners.

How much does employer branding cost?

Most engagements start with the Brand Alignment Diagnostic, a brand audit at £1,500, and everything after it is priced in writing before work starts. Larger employer brand programmes are scoped against the brief, and the Brand Operating Partner can run each hiring push once the employer brand is built.
