Find out what your brand is costing you, and what to fix first.
We score your brand against your business and tell you what to fix first, in a written report you can act on with or without us: a score out of 100 (we call it the Growth Readiness Score), three priorities, each with a test that would prove it wrong, and a 90-day plan. £1,500, ten working days, run by the founder.
Book it when the brand has stopped matching the business.
You are about to rebrand and want to know what to change and what to keep before you brief anyone.
The business has moved upmarket and the market is still pricing the old one.
A merger, acquisition or new leadership team has changed what the brand needs to say.
Sales and marketing tell different stories and nobody can say which is right.
Growth has slowed and the leadership team cannot agree whether the brand is the cause.
You need a number and a plan to take to the board, not a creative opinion.
Try the scorecard
Move the six sliders to where you think your brand sits. The score updates as you go.Around the midpoint. Most businesses that book the Diagnostic score between 35 and 55: the brand works, and it is leaving money on the table.
Get the verified score, £1,500 Or take the free five-minute check →This is a feel, not a finding. The Diagnostic scores each pillar from your analytics, sales pattern, materials and a leadership interview, with the evidence beside every score.
What you receive
A written diagnostic in twelve sections, then a 90-minute reviewEvery Diagnostic follows the same structure, so the score, the diagnoses and the plan can be compared quarter on quarter and a board can read it without a briefing.
An example
A clinician-founded health brand, April 2026Four of six dimensions below the midpoint. The authority assets were stronger than the infrastructure expressing them.
The central finding: the brand had drifted from the founder who made it credible, and growth had slowed as a result. The strategy in circulation treated it as a content problem. The evidence showed a brand architecture problem. Every score below carries its evidence in the report; the blue bars are the four the plan attacks first.
A score is a claim
Every score carries its evidence. No dimension is scored on a feeling.
A priority has a kill test
Each priority states the four-week test that would prove it wrong. A priority without one is a conviction.
The plan is dated
Outcomes at 90, 180 and 365 days, and the two routes to get there.
Section 06 maps the category on the two axes that decide the outcome and finds the position nobody occupies. For this brand, founder voice with clinical authority.
Sections 08 to 10 turn the diagnosis into three priorities with outcomes at 90, 180 and 365 days. Client figures withheld; the shape is the one every Diagnostic delivers.

Common questions
Before you bookWhat is the Brand Alignment Diagnostic?
A board-grade brand assessment at a fixed fee of £1,500. Pivitt scores the business across the six pillars of the Pivitt 360 Brand Model and returns a Growth Readiness Score out of 100, three diagnoses, three priorities and a 90-day plan in a written report.
Is this a brand audit?
A brand audit usually inventories what exists. The Diagnostic goes further: it scores the brand against commercial outcomes, names what the gaps cost over twelve months and sets out what to fix first, in what order, with a test for each priority.
How long does it take?
Ten working days from receipt of inputs. You receive the written report and a 90-minute review session to walk through the score and the plan.
Who runs it?
Davuud Ghani, Pivitt's founder, runs every Diagnostic. Senior-led throughout, with no hand-offs.
Can we use it before a rebrand?
That is its most common use. It tells you whether you need a refresh, a repositioning or a full rebrand, what to keep and what to change, and gives you a brief that any consultancy can be held to. See the rebrand cost guide for what each level involves.
What happens after the Diagnostic?
Two routes, discussed at the end of the review session. Pivitt executes the plan at a fixed fee stated in the report, or your team executes from the report with a handover session included. Either way the report is yours to keep.

Most of these companies did not have a taste problem. They had outgrown a brand built for an earlier version of themselves. Our job is to rebuild the system underneath, then keep it moving.
I’ve worked with a few agencies in the past and they tend to provide a lot of fluff with no real tangibles. Pivitt cut through and put together an action plan that actually brought results. We still utilise the strategy they wrote two years ago.
Pivitt has really helped my business and allowed us to think strategically about our decisions and planning. We have been helped with understanding the business value we provide, being clear on our customer and messaging, and discussing the direction the business could go in.
Their design and strategy services exceeded all of my expectations. From start to finish, the team at Pivitt demonstrated exceptional professionalism and commitment to delivering outstanding results. Dav in particular has been extremely supportive and his input has helped me to make some important business decisions.
Pivitt has been a great find for our company as we have used several marketing companies over the years who promise the world but don’t deliver. Davuud is extremely knowledgeable and most certainly an expert in his field. His communication is first class and he delivers on what he promises.
