The story behind Pivitt
Why another branding consultancy? Because most get it wrong.
A career built on transformation
Dav didn't start Pivitt because he wanted to run an agency. He started it because he'd spent 15 years inside the system and knew it was broken.
It began with BMW Group. What started as a creative brief became an 8-year embedded partnership across BMW, MINI, and Rolls-Royce — 200,000+ assets, 160+ campaigns, and a front-row seat to how the world's most disciplined brands actually operate. Not the theory. The daily reality of brand as an operating system.
Along the way, he worked with Nike, Universal Music Group, BBC, Duracell, BT, Channel 4, Savills, and dozens of growth-stage businesses. He delivered +1,100% conversion growth. Transformed a startup from £300k annual revenue to £300k monthly. Scaled an investment company to £40M revenue in 18 months.
The pattern was always the same: businesses with strong products and weak brands, leaving money on the table because their brand couldn't keep up with what they'd built. And the agencies they hired kept delivering logos when they needed systems.
Pivitt exists to close that gap. Same rigour as the Fortune 500 work. Same speed as a startup. No bloated teams, no six-month timelines, no strategy decks that sit on shelves.
