The things ambitious businesses want to know before they commit.

How long does a typical brand transformation take?
Most engagements run 6–12 weeks depending on scope. A strategy-only engagement typically takes 6–8 weeks. A full brand transformation including identity, systems, and activation runs 12–16 weeks. We move fast because we've engineered waste out of the process, not quality. For context, traditional agencies often take 6–12 months for the same outcomes.
What if we don't like the creative direction?
Every brand transformation is built on strategic foundations that are signed off before any creative work begins. By the time we present visual directions, they're grounded in research, positioning work, and agreed-upon brand architecture. You'll see three distinct creative directions and we refine from there. In 15 years, we've never had a client reject a direction at this stage — because the strategy does the heavy lifting upfront.
How involved does our team need to be?
We need senior decision-makers for three key moments: the discovery workshop (half day), the strategy sign-off, and creative direction review. Beyond that, we work independently and provide async updates. Most clients tell us we're the lowest-maintenance engagement they've ever run at this level of output.
What happens after you deliver? Do we need ongoing support?
Everything we build is designed to be self-sufficient. You'll get comprehensive brand guidelines, templates, asset libraries, and documentation that your team or any future agency can run with. That said, many clients choose to work with us on retainer for ongoing creative support, campaign work, or brand guardianship. It's optional, not a dependency.
Why wouldn't we just hire a bigger agency?
You could. But at larger agencies you'll get a senior pitch team who disappear after the sale, and your project gets handed to juniors.
